Access Control
Six roles, one rule set. What a person sees is decided by their role and by where they sit in the org — not by which page they happen to open.

Data boundaries
The three separations that matter most here
Sales cannot see production
A team leader sees the project stage, the assigned manager and the launch date. They do not see task assignments, logged hours, internal cost or the production team's notes.
Teams cannot see each other
Vertex sees Vertex. Office and company totals are visible as a single figure so people know where they stand, but another team's line-level sales are never exposed.
Pay is private
Everyone sees their own salary, commission and payslips. Team leaders see their team's commission, because they earn an override on it. Nobody else sees pay except HR and Finance.
